TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Payment
✦ Payment is required before work beginsYou may choose either:
- A 50% upfront before I send the sketch, then 50% after sketch approval (before final rendering)
- Or 100% upfront payment✦ Payments are accepted via Ko-fi only.✦ No refunds once work has started.
✦ After completing payment, please send a screenshot of the payment confirmation as proof
2. Art Style & Expectations
✦ My art style may vary slightly between commissions depending on subject, mood, or experimentation.✦ If you want a specific style from my portfolio, please clearly mention it before work begins✦ Style changes requested after the sketch stage may be limited or may require an additional fee✦ By commissioning me, you acknowledge and accept style variations
3. Pricing & Add-Ons
✦ Prices listed apply to one (1) character only.✦ Additional characters: +80% per character.✦ Additional fees may apply for complex designs or requests.
4. Process & Revisions
✦ A sketch will be sent for approval before proceeding.✦ Minor revisions are allowed throughout the process.✦ Major changes (pose, concept, or character) after sketch approval may require an additional fee.✦ Once final rendering has started, only small adjustments are allowed.
5. Turnaround Time & Schedule
✦ As I am a college student, turnaround time may range from approximately 3 weeks to 10 months in rare cases, depending on workload, academic responsibilities, and commission complexity.✦ I will provide regular progress updates throughout the process.✦ If a delay is expected, I will inform the client in advance and ask for permission before extending the deadline.✦ I may upgrade the tier of the commission as compensation for the delays

7. Usage Rights
✦Commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed.✦I retain the copyright to the artwork.✦I may post the finished commission on my portfolio or social media unless the client requests privacy before payment.
8.OTHER NOTES
✦Please provide clear pose and character references and descriptions before work begins.
✦I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if the request is outside my comfort zone or skill set.
